Contact us to request more details on Weddings at The Gardens and schedule a time to tour. We’ll walk you through the entire property, showing you around the Wedding Party House and Terrace, down the Grand Staircase to the Garden Ceremony location, and over to the Reception space. Be sure to bring anyone important to your decision-making and questions — THE MORE QUESTIONS, THE BETTER! RESERVE THE DATE

Either in-person during your tour or afterward, simply call us to reserve a date! A signed contract and a non-refundable first payment are required to reserve a date. We send all of our contracts online and payment can be taken over the phone.

We reserve a limited number of weddings annually to ensure our clients enjoy a meaningful and curated experience.

PLANNING

While planning your wedding, we are just a phone call or email away! If you want to visit The Gardens, we’d love to schedule a time to walk through and envision your details. Reserved couples can access our online planning tools, featuring vendor recommendations, sample layouts, key venue information, and more! About a month before the wedding, we will have a meeting to finalize your custom reception floor plan and cover essential logistics. 

WEDDING DAY

On your wedding day, a Gardens Venue Host will be onsite the entire time for venue-related questions. The ceremony chairs and reception tables will be set ready for your decor to arrive. We will spend the day ensuring everything on the property is as close to perfection as possible.

Signature weddings

The Gardens Signature Wedding is timeless. It’s romantic. It’s a celebration. This package starts at $10,000 and can be hosted from May through October.

We are a private estate hosting events throughout the week. Therefore, all visits must be scheduled. Simply give us a call or fill out the Contact Us form to schedule.

Policies

  • Our partnered catering companies offer a full-service experience, managing food, bar/beverage service, linens, napkins, tableware, setup, table clearing, and post-event cleanup. Their professional staff ensures every detail is handled, so you can focus on celebrating with family and friends, creating unforgettable memories.

    Each catering company provides customized menus to meet your specific needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and culturally inspired dishes. Whether you're looking for traditional flavors or unique culinary experiences, our caterers are happy to accommodate custom menu requests.

  • A professional Day-of Coordinator (DOC) is essential to ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: being fully present for each unforgettable moment. To create this experience, we require all weddings at the Gardens to have a licensed, professional DOC.

    Choose us! We offer an in-house Day-of Coordination service for an additional fee, providing expert guidance and a unique, in-depth understanding of the Gardens. 

    Outside DOCs are welcome provided they meet the policy criteria. Learn More 

    A RCG venue host is included and will remain onsite for the entirety of the day for all venue-related questions.

  • An event insurance policy is required through our broker for all events at the Gardens. This policy costs approximately $285* and is the client's responsibility. *This rate is an estimate determined by the provided based on varying factors. RCG is not responsible for the Client's final cost.
