Day-of coordination

A professional Day-of Coordinator (DOC) is essential to ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: being fully present for each unforgettable moment. To create this experience, we require all weddings at the Gardens to have a licensed, professional DOC.

For a more personalized experience, we offer an in-house Day-of Coordination service for an additional fee, providing expert guidance and a unique, in-depth understanding of the Gardens. Learn more

A RCG venue host will remain onsite for the entirety of the day for all venue-related questions.

EVENT INSURANCE

An event insurance policy is required through Event Insurance Now. This policy typically costs approximately $285* and is the client's responsibility.

*This rate is an estimate determined by the provider based on varying factors. RCG is not responsible for the Client's final cost.

CATERING DETAILS

The use of a partnered catering company is required for food and bar/beverage service. 

The use of an outside catering company is not permitted. 

Beer, Wine, and Liquor are permitted and may be provided by the client (depending on catering policies) or purchased through the catering company. A banquet permit is required for all events at the Gardens.

EVENT DETAILS

Friday and Saturday weddings include 10 hours from 1:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Sunday weddings include 10 hours from 12:00 pm until 10:00 pm. The final hour is designated for cleanup and checkout. Time may be added to the start of the day at an additional rate.

Base pricing is for up to 200 guests; the maximum guest count is 300. Additional guests can be added at the rate of $500 per block of 25 guests.

Add-on packages: Sparklers for the grand exit, ceremony pergola drapery, and additional time may be added to the Signature Wedding Package for an additional fee.

Reservation & DEPOSIT DETAILS

‣$3,500 non-refundable first payment deposit. Processed upon completion of the wedding contract

‣$3,500 installment payment due six months before the date

‣Final balance due two months before the date

‣$750 refundable security deposit (credit card hold the week of the wedding)

Monthly payment plan available. If the reserved date is two or more calendar years out, a monthly payment plan is required.
