Decor Installation Request
Approval is required for any request to attach floral arrangements or decor to the reception tent and/or chandeliers. Below are the steps and requirements needed to obtain this approval. Please note that no items may be attached to the tent without prior authorization.

Kindly provide the details of the company or companies being considered for the installation task, including their respective websites and contact information via the form on this page. The office will initiate contact with the selected company(ies) to discuss their expertise, experience and approach to the execution process.
Additionally, please provide any inspiration photos that can aid us in gaining a better understanding of your vision.

We will lead the company(ies) through a comprehensive tour of the property, highlighting crucial elements of the tent structure in order to discuss logistics, installation procedures, and de-installation processes. The scheduling of this onsite visit will be arranged after the initial phone call is completed.

The company will need to submit these documents either via email or bring them along during the onsite visit:
1. Copy of Business License
2. Certificate of Insurance, which should include Rock Creek Gardens listed as an additionally insured party with a $1,000,000 (one-million) minimum.

Following the completion of the above steps, we require the approved plan for installation and take down to be submitted in writing. This can be in the form of a contract or conveyed through email.
